Our technician takes control (with your permission) and resolves the issue while you watch. You can disconnect at any time and the session ends automatically when we finish.

Do I need to install anything?

No permanent installation is required. You run a small session application that exits automatically when the session ends. It doesn't remain on your computer.

Can I see what the technician is doing?

Yes — you can watch your screen in real time throughout the session. You remain in full control and can end the session by closing the ScreenConnect application at any time.

What if my issue can't be fixed remotely?

If we can't resolve the issue remotely, we'll let you know and arrange an on-site visit or ask you to bring the device to our Rouse Hill workshop.

Is there a cost for remote support?

Managed IT clients receive remote support included in their monthly plan. Ad-hoc remote support is available at our standard hourly rate — contact us for current pricing.

What operating systems do you support?

ScreenConnect supports Windows and macOS. For mobile devices, we may use other tools — contact us to discuss your specific device.
