Tickets get resolved faster when you include...

A clear description of the issue

What's happening, and what were you doing when it started? The more detail, the faster we can diagnose.

Which device or system is affected

Your computer name, the app or system involved, and whether it's affecting just you or the whole team.

Any error messages you've seen

A screenshot or the exact wording of any error is incredibly helpful — even if it doesn't mean anything to you.

How urgent it is

Let us know if it's business-critical and you can't work, or if it can wait until the next available slot.
