People make the world go round and even in our highly computerised world it’s people that use the computers so that results are achieved. When people use computers and things don’t go as planned they need support and that’s where JCR Computers come in.

With our support plans we provide priority support to our customers either via email, phone or remote control of your Windows or Apple Mac computer. In most cases we can resolve the problems that way and for hardware or operating system related issues we can either come to your location and fix the issue, collect the computer for repair in our office or you can arrange to drop off the computer and pick up after repair.
